Wahroonga Furnished Apartments offer a selection of accommodation rates based on daily or weekly rates.
Our daily rates for studio/1 bedroom apartments start at $150 per night and our 2-bedroom apartments start at $220 per night.
Our weekly rate for stays of 7 nights or more for studio or 1 bedroom furnished apartments start from $980 per week, while our two bedroom furnished apartments start from $1300 per week. These rates include free Wi-Fi internet service as well as water and reasonable electricity usage.
Discounted extended stay rates for furnished apartments are also offered subject to length of stay and availability, with 1 bedroom apartments starting from $805 per week, and 2 bedrooms from $980 per week (subject to availability and length of stay).
Please be aware that at least one guest must be over the age of 55.
Optional cleaning services for our weekly rates are available on request at an additional charge and will be provided by an on-site contract cleaner.
A damage deposit of $150 is charged upon checkin, and is fully refundable on checkout so long as there is no damages to the apartment. Any damage to the apartment, its equipment or furniture, as a result of tenant misuse or damage will be debited to the tenant’s account on departure.
